Radha Madhav Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 August 2014 transacted the following:Approved allotment of 67,47,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a subscription price of Rs. 21.80/- Equity Shares (inclusive premium of Rs. 11.80/- per Equity Shares) in pursuance of resolution for preferential issue passed by the members at the General Meeting held on 25 June 2014.
