Board of Refex Industries decided to foray into power trading business

At meeting held on 26 November 2021

The Board of Refex Industries at its meeting held on 26 November 2021 has decided to enter into power trading business segment and in order to undertake such business has accorded is approval to file application to obtain Category]I Power Trading License with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (eCERCf) as per CERC (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for grant of trading license and other related matters) Regulations, 2020.
