Board of Reliance Power gives in-principal approval for NCD issue

At meeting held on 18 March 2016

Reliance Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2016, have given their in-principle approval to the Company for issue of Non-Convertible Debentures for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 1000 crore to be issued in one or more tranches on such terms and conditions as may be finalized from time to time, by persons severally authorized by the Board.
