Board of Sanghvi Forging & Engineering approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 30 October 2015

Sanghvi Forging & Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015, has taken the following decisions:

Resignation of Sagar Pandya, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company placed before the board and accepted.

Keval Thakkar appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2015.
