Board of Sarla Performance Fibers approves sub-division of shares

At meeting held on 12 August 2015

Sarla Performance Fibers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved Split of face value of ONE Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each into TEN Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each subject to the approval of shareholders.
