Board of Sat Industries to consider conversion of warrants and investment in subsidiary

Sat Industries announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 16 January 2017, inter alia, to consider and discuss the following business:1. To issue and allotment of equity shares on conversion of share warrants to Promoter and other Investors.
2. To make further acquisition/investment in subsidiary Company namely; Sah Polymers.
