Outcome of board meeting of R&B Denims

Held on 18 June 2015

R&B Denims announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Cost Auditor to perform cost audit for the year financial year 2015-16.

2. Appointment of an internal auditor of the Company for the year financial year 2015-16.

3. Entering in to partnership agreement and incorporate a denim manufacturing firm.
