Siddarth Businesses announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015 transacted the following -

Appointed Kheem Singh as Additional Executive Director of the Company.

Appointed Sarwesh Kumar and Mohit Kumar as Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.

Resignation of Sudharshan Jha from Directorship of the Company and withdrawal of resignation of Aditiya Singh from Directorship of the Company.
