Board of Sumeet Industries approves draft letter of offer for proposed rights issue

At meeting held on 21 July 2017

Sumeet Industries announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 21 July 2017 passed the resolution approving and adopting the Draft Letter of Offer to be filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE and National Stock Exchange of India for the proposed rights issue of the Company.
