Board of Suryoday Small Finance Bank appoints director

At meeting held on 22 July 2021

The Board of Suryoday Small Finance Bank at its meeting held on 22 July 2021 has approved appointment of Krishna Prasad Nair (DIN: 026114g6) as an Additional (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Bank w.e.f. 22 July 2021. The Board has also approved the appointment of Mrutunjay Sahoo, Independent Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of Bank subject to approval of shareholders for a further period of three years with effect from 22 September 2021.
