Board of Tata Communications to consider private placement of NCDs for Rs 500 cr

The Board of Tata Communications will meet on 15 April 2020 to approve fund raising by way of private placement of Rated, Secured, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for Rs 500 crore + Green Shoe Option of Rs 150 crore to be issued and allotted as may be decided by the Board of Directors or a committee.
