Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) announced that Suresh Mahadevan, has sought early retirement from the services of the Company and tendered resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31 August 2015.The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, has approved the appointment of Harish Abhichandani as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 01 September 2015 under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
