The Board of Vitesse Agro has appointed Nirav B. Shah (DIN: 07034868) and Ritu Mehta (DIN: 07034898) as an additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. 12 July 2018 and Board has approved the Resignation of Lata Vaseta (DIN: 07261703) and Kaushik Vaghela (DIN: 06878996) with effect from 12 July 2018.
