The Board of Vodafone Idea at its meeting held on 24 February 2021 has taken note of resignation of nominee directors Vivek Badrinath and Thomas Reisten from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. The Board has approved the appointment of Sunil Sood, Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) and Diego Massidda, Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) on Board of the company with effect from 24 February 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
