Brightcom Group has received in-principle approvals from both BSE & the National Stock Exchange of India to issue & allot 14,00,50,000 Equity Shares and 1,50,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to the proposed allottees under the Preferential Issue. The Company will execute the subsequent steps towards the issuance.
