Canara Bank to dilute its stake in Canbank Factors & Can Fin Homes

Holds 70% stake in Canbank Factors & 13.45% stake in Can Fin Homes

Canara Bank announced that that the Sub-Committee of the Board of the Bank, vide orders dated 02 December 2016, permitted the Bank to float an RFP for empanelling the Investment / Merchant Bankers for diluting the Bank's stake of 70% in Canbank Factors (Unlisted Company) and of 13.45% in Can Fin Homes (Listed Company).

Accordingly, the Bank is taking steps to float an RFP for empanelling the Investment / Merchant Bankers for the subject purpose.
