Coal India to form subsidiaries for solar value chain and renewable energy
The Board of Coal India at its meeting held on 11 February 2021 has accorded its approval for incorporation of two
wholly owned subsidiaries of coal India, one for Solar value chain (lngot-wafer-cell-Module) business vertical and another for New and Renewable Energy subject to approval of GoI.
