Creative Eye announces change company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 02 July 2015

Creative Eye announced that Jinal Sheth has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2015.

Further the Company informed that Dheeraj Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02 July 2015.
