Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical has allotted 96,563 equity shares of Rs 2 each on 26 November 2019 under ESOS.

With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 1,25,44,54, 144/- divided into 62, 72,27,072 number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
