Cyient closes wholly-owned Chinese unit
Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce has approved the de-registration of Cyient's wholly-owned subsidiary, "Cyient Engineering (Beijing)".
Consequently, the IT company has now completed the above mentioned closure, it said in a regulatory statement after market hours yesterday, 21 December 2020.Shares of Cyient rose 3.38% to Rs 510.35. Cyient is a global engineering and technology solutions company.
