DFM Foods agreement for sale and purchase of shares

DFM Foods announced that its directors in the meeting held on 30 January 2014 have taken on record an agreement between West Bridge Crossover Fund LLC, Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings and promoter shareholders of the company namely, Mohit Jain, Surekha Jain, Rohan Jain, Rashid Jain and the Delhi Flour Mills Co. for sale and purchase of shares.
