Essel Propack has allotted 15,71,81,664 Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2 each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one bonus equity share of Rs.2 each for every one fully paid equity share of Rs.2 each held, to the members eligible to receive bonus equity shares of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members and the Register of Beneficial Owners as furnished by Depositories as on the Record Date i.e. 21 June 2018
