Fortune Financial Services (India) invests in shares of ITI Wealth Management

Investment aggregates Rs 2.27 crore

Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that the Company has subscribed for 22,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid of ITI Wealth Management ("ITI WMPL") valued at Rs. 2.27 crore for cash deal. With this Subscription ITI WMPL becomes subsidiary of the Company effective from 23 October 2015. ITI WMPL is proposed to be engaged in the business of strategic investment and finance.
