Net outflow of Rs 330.21 crore on 11 May 2018
Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) sold stocks worth a net Rs 330.21 crore from the secondary equity markets on 11 May 2018, as compared to net outflow of Rs 175.71 crore on 10 May 2018.
The net outflow of Rs 330.21 crore into the secondary equity markets on 11 May 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 3927.34 crore and gross sales of Rs 4257.55 crore.
There was a net inflow of Rs 24.74 crore from the 'primary market & others' category on 11 May 2018.
FPIs have sold stocks worth a net Rs 9359.07 crore into the secondary equity markets in calendar 2018 so far (till 11 May 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 9768.38 crore from the secondary equity markets in calendar 2017.
FPIs have bought stocks worth a net Rs 13484.04 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2018 so far (till 11 May 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 41485.09 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2017.
