Godrej Properties standalone net profit rises 73.96% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 19.46% to Rs 447.79 crore

Net profit of Godrej Properties rose 73.96% to Rs 122.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 70.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 19.46% to Rs 447.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 374.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 22.56% to Rs 240.85 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 196.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 4.29% to Rs 955.83 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 998.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
