Greaves Cotton standalone net profit rises 21.15% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 24.42% to Rs 486.15 crore

Net profit of Greaves Cotton rose 21.15% to Rs 56.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 46.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 24.42% to Rs 486.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 390.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.17% to Rs 202.62 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 180.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 9.66% to Rs 1792.10 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1634.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
