Orient Paper & Industries standalone net profit rises 23.47% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 23.65% to Rs 181.61 crore

Net profit of Orient Paper & Industries rose 23.47% to Rs 15.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 12.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 23.65% to Rs 181.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 146.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 353.03% to Rs 49.29 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 10.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 29.30% to Rs 661.36 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 511.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
