Appointment of Dr JN Singh as Director on the Board of the Company, in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Dr Hasmukh Adhia, IAS with effect from 30 January 2015.

Appointment of Dr SK Nanda as Director on the Board of the Company, in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Atanu Chakrabotry, IAS with effect from 30 January 2015.
