Gujarat Sidhee Cement announced that as recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, V. R. Mohnot, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary effective from 01 October 2014 and Compliance Officer stead Anupama Pai.
