Rajesh Narain Gupta (DIN: 00229040) as an Independent (Additional) Director for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. 02 August 2021; and

P. R. Ramesh (DIN: 01915274) as an Additional (non-executive non-independent) Director w.e.f. 02 August 2021.
