Hindustan Copper update on employee OFS

Hindustan Copper announced that in accordance with the approval given by Alternative Mechanism on 15 September 2021, the President of India, acting through Ministry of Mines, Government of India is proposing to offer up to 3,198,646 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs 116 per equity share. The Employee OFS shall remain open from 27 September 2021 to 29 September 2021 (both days inclusive).
