Hindustan Organic Chemicals announces change in direcorate

With immediate effect

Hindustan Organic Chemicals announced that :

1. Vide Govt. order dated 03 August 2016, approval of the President for Non-extension of tenure of Shri J.N. Suryawanshi as Director (Marketing), Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOCL) with immediate effect, from 03 August 2016 (AN).

2. Vide Govt. Order dated 15 June 2016, the President has appointed the appointment of Puspa Trivedi, Professor(Economics), IIT, Mumbai as Part Time Non-Official Director (Independent & Woman), HOCL on the Board of Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOCL) w.e.f. 15 June 2016.

The above facts were also noted by the Board of Directors at its Board Meeting held on 05 August 2016.
