I G Petrochemicals announces change in company secretary

I G Petrochemicals announced that R. Chandrasekaran has stepped down as Company Secretary of the Company and he has been redesignated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Further the Board of Directors have appointed Sudhir R. Singh as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
