ICRA announces resignation of Group CFO & Company Secretary

With effect from 29 September 2014

ICRA announced that Vijay Wadhwa, Group CFO & Company Secretary, has resigned from the service of the Company. The Board of Directors and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at their respective meetings have accepted the resignation of Vijay Wadhwa and he has been relieved of the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on 29 September 2014.
