IIFL Wealth Management announced that Ashutosh Naik, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned with effect from close of business hours on 14 October 2020, to pursue other career opportunities.Amit Bhandari is appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company, under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with effect from 15 October 2020.
