India's forex reserves jumps by US$ 4.24 billion in the week ended 04 October

India's foreign exchange reserves jumped by US$ 4.24 billion to US$ 437.83 billion in the week ended 04 October 2019. The foreign exchange reserves had stood at US$ 433.59 a week ago.

Within the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign currency assets moved up to US$ 405.61 billion in the week ended 04 October 2019 from US$ 401.62 billion a week ago.

The gold asset also increased to US$ 27.18 billion from US$ 26.95 billion a week ago. SDRs were flat at US$ 1.43 billion in the week ended 04 October 2019.

 

India's foreign exchange reserves increased by US$ 24.96 billion over March 2019, while jumped US$ 38.22 billion over a year ago level.
