Indiabulls Securities allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Indiabulls Securities announced that on 07 April 2015, the Company has issued and allotted 2,01,11,217 (Two Crores One Lac Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 56,26,68,596/- divided into 28,13,34,298 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each.
