IndusInd Bank has entered into a 'confidentiality, exclusivity and standstill agreement' with Bharat Financial Inclusion. The exclusivity agreement provides for a mutually agreed exclusivity period for due diligence and discussion to evaluate a potential strategic combination between the company and Bharat Financial Inclusion by way of amalgamation through a scheme of amalgamation or any other suitable structure.
