Information Technology stocks ease

Information Technology stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE IT Sector index decreasing 25.78 points or 0.16% at 15623.75 at 13:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE IT Sector index, Majesco Ltd (down 2.59%), Aptech Ltd (down 2.53%),3i Infotech Ltd (down 2.48%),HCL Infosystems Ltd (down 1.9%),CESC Ventures Ltd (down 1.48%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Subex Ltd (down 1.37%), Hexaware Technologies Ltd (down 1.25%), 63 Moons Technologies Ltd (down 1.06%), Firstsource Solutions Ltd (down 1.04%), and Expleo Solutions Ltd (down 0.82%).

On the other hand, Zensar Technologies Ltd (up 3.14%), Mindtree Ltd (up 2.76%), and Sonata Software Ltd (up 2.02%) turned up.

 

At 13:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 24.5 or 0.06% at 41698.42.

The Nifty 50 index was up 9.3 points or 0.08% at 12269.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 19.01 points or 0.14% at 13414.44.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 8.47 points or 0.18% at 4712.08.

On BSE,1220 shares were trading in green, 1102 were trading in red and 153 were unchanged.
