Jaiprakash Power Ventures gets High Court approval for scheme of arrangement

Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement, under Section 391/394 of the Companies Act, 1956, between Jaiprakash Power Ventures, Himachal Baspa Power Company, their Shareholders and Creditors, in term of its Order dated 25 June 2015.
