Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 31 May 2015

Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries announced that R Ramakrishna, Company Secretary / Compliance Officer had resigned on account of his continued ill-health. As he has express his inability to re-join the Company after recovery, Management has taken a decision to relieve him from the services of the Company with effect from 31 May 2015. This will be put-up to the ensuing Board Meeting of the company which will be held in August 2015.
