KIC Metaliks fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 05 November 2018

KIC Metaliks has fixed 05 November 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of the Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2/- each and for ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders of the Company entitled to receive sub divided Equity Share Rs. 2/- each in lieu of existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
