KKabra Extrusion Technik allots 19.60 lakh share warrants

Kabra Extrusion Technik has allotted 19,60,486 Share Warrants, each convertible into, or exchangeable for, one equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each at an issue price [including the warrant subscription price at the rate of Rs. 82.25 per warrant (Warrant Subscription Price) and the warrant exercise price at the rate of Rs. 246.75 per warrant (Warrant Exercise Price)] of Rs. 329 each.
