Maharashtra Scooters announces change in directorate and CEO
With effect from 13 October 2014
Maharashtra Scooters announced the following change in directorate -Ramesh D Devkar and Sadashiv S Survase have resigned from the board with effect from 13 October 2014.
Sanjay Degaonkar and Vrushali Agashe are appointed as directors with effect from 13 October 2014
Ranjit Gupta has resigned as CEO of the company effective 13 October 2014.
R D Haware is appointed as CEO of the company effective 13 October 2014.
