Maithan Alloys standalone net profit rises 121.04% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 8.62% to Rs 471.12 crore

Net profit of Maithan Alloys rose 121.04% to Rs 102.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 46.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 8.62% to Rs 471.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 515.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 150.15% to Rs 197.69 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 79.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 15.95% to Rs 1321.45 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1139.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
