The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Manappuram Finance at its meeting held on 17 December 2020 approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each for and amount of Rs.100 crore with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 300 crore aggregating to Rs.400 crore.
