Manappuram Finance update on credit ratings from Fitch and S&P

Manappuram Finance announced that in reference to the proposed issue of US Dollar denominated senior notes bonds by the establishment of a Euro medium term note programme, international credit rating agencies viz Fitch Ratings, and S&P have assigned the ratings as given under to the Company-

Fitch - BB-; Stable (Type Expected)
S&P - BB-; Stable (Type Expected)
