Marico fixes record date for 3rd interim dividend

Record date is 17 March 2016; Dividend payment date is 30 March 2016

Marico has fixed 17 March 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Third Interim Dividend.

In the event of the Dividend being declared by the Board of Directors, the payment date for the Third Interim Dividend shall be 30 March 2016.
