Milkfood standalone net profit rises 16.75% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 8.29% to Rs 142.40 crore

Net profit of Milkfood rose 16.75% to Rs 2.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 8.29% to Rs 142.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 131.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 8.16 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 1.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 26.28% to Rs 490.93 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 388.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
