Nagpur Power & Industries hikes stake to 70.64% in The Motwane Manufacturing Company

Through subscription to rights issue

Nagpur Power & Industries announced that the Company has acquired additional 54303 equity shares via subscription to the right issue of its subsidiary "The Motwane Manufacturing Company". The Company has received a letter from the subsidiary stating that a total of 54303 equity shares have been allotted to the Company thereby increasing the Company's shareholding from 67.07% to 70.64% in the subsidiary.
